The contest is for a DVD or an autograph, so we want to make sure we have you on our list for the autograph portion of the contest. :)
Thanks, Nic. :)
He doesn't really have the voice of a villain, but I'm sure he'll be great. He needs more projects and this could be good fun.
We've just launched a gorgeous new look at EGW created by our good friend Nicole, so please stop by and check it out when you have a moment. We wanted something a little lighter and brighter that showed Eva's more playful side and Nicole did a fantastic job of doing just that. We hope you will love it as much as we do. :)
Me too. The only other piece of his work I've seen is some of the Warhorse stage footage from when he was the lead.
Game of Thrones star Kit Harington is to play opposite Vera Farmiga in Sigma/Zentropa thriller Greenland Time.
Sigma is re-teaming with regular collaborator Zentropa on the Greenland-set psychological-thriller about a woman out for revenge on the man who killed her daughter in a hit-and-run accident.
Gillian Berrie produces for Sigma, Marie Gade produces for Zentropa.
Writers David Newman and Catherine Linstrum make their feature directorial debuts on the project which was developed by the UK’s BFI/Film Agency for Wales. The latter has also committed production finance. The project is aiming for an October/November shoot.
Harington is currently shooting on Warner Bros./Legendary Pictures’ fantasy The Seventh Sonalongside Jeff Bridges, Ben Barnes, Julianne Moore and Alicia Vikander with Sergey Bodrov directing.
He is also due to reprise his role as warrior Jon Snow in the hit HBO series Game of Thrones, which is scheduled to shoot a third series in Northern Ireland this summer.

“Game of Thrones” may have wrapped its Season 2 run for the fans on Sunday night, but one of the show’s stars, Kit Harington, told Access Hollywood over the weekend that he’s already getting back into the role of Jon Snow for Season 3.
“I’ve been regrowing the beard and hair and kind getting back into the Jon Snow look,” he laughed as he hit the red carpet at Spike TV’s Guys Choice Awards 2012 in Los Angeles.
Kit said he heads back to film the fantasy drama in just a few months.
“We go back in July,” he said. “We’re just about to start again.”
The actor, whose character had some thrilling scenes on Sunday’s Season 2 finale on HBO, said he was still behind when it came to watching the program.
“I haven’t even seen Episode 9 yet. I’m a bit behind, so I have to catch up,” Kit told Access.
But, Kit said he was looking forward to the reactions from fans over the finale.
“I’m really excited to see what people think, because it’s got some big cliffhangers and it’s sort of, it’s gonna be exciting to see how people perceive it,” he said. “I think they’ll love it.”
While at the Spike TV Awards, Kit managed to meet “Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane, who told Access Hollywood he was actually thrilled to meet the British actor.
“Oh my God, [he was] the one person I was excited to see,” Seth laughed.
Seth actually picked up a trophy at the Guys Choice ceremony, which airs June 9 at 9/8c on Spike TV, and when Access suggested his Funniest M.F. award looks a bit like a “Game of Thrones” Baratheon stag sigil, Seth laughed.
“Yes! It’s interesting if you look at the – Wow! Are we nerding out here on ‘Game of Thrones’? — If you look at the Baratheon banner on ‘Game of Thrones,’ it looks an awful lot like Bullwinkle, which is kind of hilarious. It’s like, you know, ‘We, the order of the cartoon moose, demand to rule the Seven Kingdoms!’”

"I think Jon's soul is kind of ripped out from doing that," Harington tells TVGuide.com. "Killing a faceless wildling beyond The Wall is one thing, but killing your teacher, your commander, this notorious hero of the Night's Watch, to know that you have to go with the wildlings and pretend to be something you're not, to pretend to be a traitor when you're not is hard."
Previously, Jon had been tasked with executing Ygritte (Rose Leslie), a wildling the rangers had caught, but instead almost allowed her to escape. As he brought her back to his men, Jon was in turn captured by the wildlings, who also had Qhorin. "All of this was his fault. If he had just killed Ygritte, if he had just done what he was supposed to do, then ... he wouldn't have had to kill Qhorin," Harington says. "None of this would have happened. And so it was the biggest mistake he makes in his life. It's that guilt, it's that horrible feeling that sits in his stomach from then on I think, which leads him to do good later."
The actor had been anticipating the scene since he read it in George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire book series on which Thrones is based. "I was looking forward to people watching it ... to see whether they thought Jon was going to die or if Qhorin was going to die. Who do you cheer for?" says Harington. "Qhorin isn't going easy on him even though he told Jon to kill him. But Qhorin knows that Jon is worthy of a good fight against him. Qhorin is sacrificing himself for the greater good, so the last few beats of the fight, Jon is pushed into that corner of killing him very cleverly. It was a weirdly emotional scene to film."
As it should be. Not only was Qhorin a comrade, but also represented the men in Jon's life that have left him before his next big task. "Jon passes through a lot of fatherly figures," Harington explains. "He starts with Ned and then he moves on to his Uncle Benjen, and then he gets Commander Mormont and then he gets Qhorin. So he's always finding himself being prepared for whatever it is that lies ahead of him by these older male figures who've seen it all."
